Athlete One on One Training

Some athletes prefer to train in a one on one situation. Athletes will be paired up with a strength and conditioning coach 2-4 days per week. Sessions are 1 or 1.5 hours in length. Limited private sessions are available.

Some athletes prefer to train in a small private group with teammates or friends. Private groups are 1 or 1.5 hour long sessions. Cost will be determined on the number of athletes and length of program.

Adult One on One Training

While most sessions are completed in groups, some adults prefer to have a one on one client/coach experience. The coaches at ABT will perpare a personal program to fit your goals and help keep you motivated both in and out of the gym. Sessions are 1 hour in length. There are a limited number of one on one training slots available.

ABT offers transitional training programs for both athletes and adults just released from Physical Therapy. The program aids in increasing one's strength, conditioning and confidence allowing him or her to get back on the playing field or a part of general activities as quick as possible.
