“Athletic Based Training is a perfect place for any developing athlete or weightlifter. After doing sessions and lifts at ABT, I can say confidently that I would not be where I am today without ABT. Over the football offeseason I increased my bench press by 70 lbs, and successfully rehabbed my knees in order for them to last throughout the season. I also added 30 lbs to my frame, while maintaing my 40 yd dash times and increasing my vertical leap. I would highly recommend Athletic Based Training to anyone that wanted to see results and success. ” – TJ (Holliston)

“Athletic Based Training has totally changed my body.  As a working mom, I always found it difficult to fit in exercise time for me.  Since I started at ABT 4 months ago, I have lost 25 inches, 30 lbs and 6% body fat.  My strength has increased dramatically and my energy level is through the roof!  I highly recommend the Bootcamp classes at Athletic Based Training to anyone who wants to lose weight and gain strength.”  - Missy (Holliston)

“Whatever you are doing there . . . please KEEP IT UP!! WE are very pleased that all three of our children are training with you. Your age-appropriate, individual attention is just what we were looking for. The improvements we have seen have been great! It is not only physically we have seen improvements but in their self-confidence as well. The positive atmosphere you have created makes our children want to be there. They not only hate to miss a session but they actually look forward to going (no matter how difficult their workout might be!). We actually have “ABT” discussions at the dinner table (complete with demonstrations) and this shows us that you are teaching “life lessons”. All of your staff does an excellent job re-enforcing your positive attitude. We feel that you are all great role models and we know that what you are teaching our family will stay with them for a life time. Thanks again for all that you do and keep up the great work.” – The Spinazola Family (Medway)

“Most of us are searching for that one thing that will help us get the pounds off. We may try to diet  but ultimately we loose interest, not weight. For me the answer was so simple. Excercise more, eat less!! Both had been a challenge until I discoverd ABT and boot camp. Excercise has never been so fun. Each class and instructor are different and challenge you in a unique way. I am sticking with it- and so far have lost enough weight and inches to put me back in my college clothes! Thanks ABT!! – Jodi (Holliston)

“I tried an adult boot camp class at ABT in April 2009 and I’ve been hooked ever since.  I’ve been a member for years at several gyms and by far taking a boot camp class at ABT has been the most challenging and rewarding.  Liane, Jules, Beth & Kevin all have different techniques of training but after each class, you walk out of there feeling like you’ve accomplished something.  Who needs caffeine to get you going in the morning when you have ABT boot camp classes!”  -Dawn (Medway)

“ABT has been a phenomenal experience for my son.  It has helped to develop him as an athlete and a person.  He is a soccer player and has struggled with his movement.  The people at ABT have worked closely with him to teach him how to properly move, run and be generally stronger.  His coaches have noticed the difference and seen how the training at ABT has taught brought another dimension to his game allowing him to become more successful.  ABT is a great thing for any athlete at any age.  My son is 12 and will continue to develop at a faster rate than many of the other players on his team due to the help and guidance of ABT.” -  Steve (Holliston)

“I began training at ABT during the summer of 2009 when I was entering my junior year in high school. I threw for my high school’s track and field team. At that point in my high school track career, I was discouraged and not motivated to improve during the offseason. When I began training at ABT with a fellow teammate, however, I not only received valuable lifting instruction, but also the encouragement I needed to succeed. I just graduated with the class of 2011 and I could never imagine training for track anywhere else. I learned that the off season is one of the most valuable times to improve and train hard. ABT sparked a love for the weight room and for athletic fitness. After training and interning at ABT, I decided to major in nutrition. My goal is to get my masters in strength and conditioning and also in nutrition so that I can be a strength coach and work with collegiate teams. But if it weren’t for ABT I would never have discovered this passion. ABT also helped me prevent a serious knee injury by strengthening key muscles. I would have been lost in the weight room without them. Thanks to ABT, not only did I finish among the top in state in my respected event, but I am able to compete on an NCAA Division I track and field team. More importantly, however, Liane and all of the trainers at ABT gave me the support I needed throughout my senior year and final season of high school track.”   Vickie P  (Holliston High School)
