Liane Blyn ATC, CSCS, USAW, SCCC, PIPC II

Is the Co-Owner and Director of Sports Performance. She and her husband Rich opened ABT in June of 2008. Prior to opening ABT, she had been the director of Sports Performance of Poliquin Performance Center and Parisi Speed School in Andover, MA. She has 12 years of full-time experience as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston College, Arizona State University, University of Nevada-Reno, and Northern Arizona University. She has trained athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB. She is a graduate of Endicott College and Miami University (Ohio). Blyn is an accomplished drug free power lifter and strongwoman competitor. She has competed on both the National and International level and is currently preparing for the 2009 World Games held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She is the 2006 International Power lifting Federations (IPF) World Champion, a four-time USAPL National Champion and represented the United States in the 2003 Worlds Strongest Woman Competition.

Richard Blyn MS, LATC

Is the co-owner of ABT and runs the post injury re-conditioning program. All athletes that need a specialized training program or injury evaluation will be set up with an appointment with Rich. Rich is also the owner of Extreme Sports Medicine, Inc. which contracts medical services for the professional Bull Riders, Inc. Prior to owning his own sports medicine company Rich has worked as a Head Athletic Trainer in the High School, College, and Professional setting.

Kevin O’Neill MS, CSCS, USAW

Kevin came to us from Parisi Speed School in Andover, MA where he was the director of strength and conditioning. He has worked with numerous athletes in the middle school, high school and collegiate levels in his strength and conditioning career. He has a strong basketball background as a collegiate player and coach at Massasoit Community College, a high school coach at Scituate High School, and an AAU basketball coach for the Bay State Magic. He received his Masters Degree from Bridgewater State University and is an Adjunct Professor at Bridgewater State University. Kevin grew up in Abington, Ma, and currently resides in Rockland, MA with his wife Heather and son Jameson.

John Sullivan MS, CSCS, USAW

Sully recently received his Master’s Degree in strength and conditioning from Bridgewater State University. He was a four year starter as a Defensive Back on the BSU football team and was an outstanding athlete at North Attleboro High School. His strength and conditioning coaching experience includes the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, College of the Holy Cross, and Bridgewater State University. He was a competive Olympic Weightlifter while at Bridgewater State and is currently a competitive skier. Sully grew up and currently resides in North Attleboro, MA.
