Adult Programs

Boot Camp:

Various themed boot-camps will be offered throughout the year. These high energy sessions are meant to burn a ton of calories, lose weight, decrease body fat, help you get in shape, and increase your energy levels. During the session you will use a combination of weights, medicine balls, bands and bodyweight exercises. Each session will also include stretching, abs and some version of cardio or interval training. Boot camps are held outside during the summer.

Small Group Training:

Some clients prefer to workout in smaller groups and focus on specific areas of their body; abs, arms, thighs etc. Groups will consist of 2-6 women or men per group. The smaller groups allow for more individual attention than the traditional boot camps. Clients can join existing groups or create their own private group of friends to work out with. Private groups are at a slightly higher rate and will be based off the number of people signed up for the private session.

Personal Training:

While most sessions are completed in groups, some adults prefer to have a one on one client/coach experience. The coaches of ABT will prepare a personal program to fit your goals and help keep you motivated both in and out of the gym. There are a limited number of one on one training slots available.

Evaluation & Program Design:

A complete structural balance evaluation, body fat measurements, and a nutritional assessment will be performed by one of ABT’s staff. A comprehensive program will be written based on the evaluation and clients goals The Client will be taken through 3 training sessions to ensure proper understanding of the program and tempo in which the program is to be performed. This option is for those who are highly motivated to train on their own.
