Milford Athlete Schedule Updated

We have made some updates to our Milford Athlete Schedule. The Tuesday and Thursday High School Performance group that ran 600-730, will now start 30 minutes earlier and  run 530-700pm. We have also added 1 hr Inseason Groups that will run Mondays and Wednedays 700-800pm and Tuesday and Thursdays 530-630pm. New Pilates Class Starting 9/15

There will be a new Pilates class starting in Holliston. The class will be held 900am -1000am on Thursday mornings. It will run from Thursday September 15 – Thursday November 10. The cost is 8 classes for $80, and all are welcome to join.

September 1 Update

A few topics to update you on:

ABT will be closed over the Labor Day Weekend. Friday 9/2 we will have our normal morning Adult schedule, but will be closed in the afternoon and no Athlete sessions will run. We will be closed Saturday 9/3, Sunday 9/4, and Monday 9/5. We will reopen with our normal schedule on Tuesday 9/6.

Congratulations goes out to our Summer Athlete MVPs. The Holliston winners are Anna McDonald, Lucas Kaminsky, and Carissa Barry Moilanen. The Milford winners are Brian Connelly, Jackie Pariseau, and Melissa Izzio. These athletes did a great job this summer and showed excellence in attendance, work ethic, attitude, and performance.

Our Fall Athlete schedule started this week. For all inquiries please email Kevin at abt.kevin@yahoo.com. If you are a Fall in-season athlete, please do not forget the importance of in-season training. In-season training will allow you to maintain the gains you achieved over the summer, help you maintain a high level of performance over the course of the season, and also help avoid injuries caused by late season fatigue and de-conditioning.

Holliston Athlete Schedule (updated Aug 17)

We have made changes to the Holliston Athlete schedule for Tuesday 8/23 and Thursday 8/25.

The 330-530pm 7th-9th Co-Ed and the 430-600pm Developmental Co-Ed will not be held on either of these days.

We have added some athlete information to the website. The Holliston Athlete Schedule, Milford Athlete Schedule, and the Athlete Registration form is now available on the site under FORMS. These are all valid starting August 29.

Holliston Athlete Schedule Changes

There will be a few modifications to the Holliston Athlete Schedule for the week of August 22-27. The updated schedule for that week can be found under FORMS. The Milford Athlete Schedule will remain the same.

Please remember that our Summer Athlete Sessions end August 27. Our Fall Athlete Sessions will begin August 29. Our Fall Athlete Schedule and Registration will be on the website this week.

Yoga Update

Our Milford Facility will now be offering a Yoga & Pilate’s Class combined into one hour. Its will start Wednesday July 20th at 7:00pm it will be a 9 week long session.
