How do I use the Volo online tracking system?

In our quest to improve the level of customer service that we provide for you we are always looking for ways to improve communication and ensure accurate billing. That is why we are pleased to introduce you to our new online billing system  Volo. Thank you for your support as we have worked out the glitches along the way and now officially introduce you to it.

In Volo you can update your contact information, print out receipts and check the status of your remaining sessions.

Since you are receiving this email we have already created you as a user in Volo so all you need to do is retrieve your user name and password!

  • Fill in the information on the page
  • You will immediately be sent your username and password as well as a link to the site
  • Log in to check/update your profile, check your payments and remaining sessions available.
  • You will be notified by your trainer when you have 2 paid sessions remaining. This is the time to inform us if you will continue with your same training package. Invoices are sent by the end of the first week of the month. Depending on when your sessions are up, you may be sessions into your next package or still have sessions remaining. You can check your status of sessions in the account area of your profile. Note that you need to check the activities area to see when attendance is updated to.
  • Contact us asap if you are not continuing with your current training package. Invoices will be sent automatically during the first week of the month.
