New Kickboxing Class

As we expand into our new space here at ABT we will be continuing Kickboxing classes through the summer with Lisa Krasnoff.

Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 a.m.

Cardio kickboxing is a great workout incorporating martial arts kicking, punching and abdominal strengthening routines that will surely get your heart pumping. This overall cardio conditioning workout is done without bags, or gloves. Using hand weights, bands, and on Thursdays the step box, it is a complete cardio/muscle conditioning class. This class currently is all woman, but is open to co-ed if requested. This class is interchangeable with bootcamp/spin class cards, or $12 a session
