I just returned from speaking at the Hammer Strength Clinic at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey and wanted to say thank you to Rich Gray and the Hammer Strength Staff for putting on an outstanding clinic.
If anyone has the opportunity to attend a Hammer Strength clinic, they are an absolute must see! A ton of great material and information was presented on from the likes of Allen Johnson, Louie Simmons, Keith Gray, Mike Brass, John McKenna, and CJ Stockel. Thanks to Coach McKenna’s for letting me “play” in his weightroom and use some of his students as models for my presentation. I was impressed with how well your boys are trained and your weight room is outstanding, it has everything a strength coach could ever want in it. Happy Training!
