Our Philosophy

Athletics are becoming increasingly competitive at all levels. Athletes who run faster, move quicker and jump higher have the competitive edge over others.  Whether you are a starter on the high school football team who has aspirations of someday playing at the college or professional level or a 12 year old soccer player who wants to get faster and have fun, we guarantee we can help you achieve your goals. ABT will optimize your athletic ability, maximize performance, and reduce the potential for injury. Our comprehensive training programs will build self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, enhance explosive power, and improve flexibility, speed and agility.
ABT is committed to optimizing athletic performance in athletes of all ages and abilities. We are dedicated to maximizing the experience of athletes both on and off the playing field.

Athletes in the News . . .

November 30th, 2011 by admin

ABT athletes have been doing some great things lately. Check out below to see what they have been up to:

Congrats to the Holliston Football Team on another very successful year. Unfortunately it came to an end last night in the first round of the playoffs, but they should be very proud as they won the TVL again to earn the post season birth.

Congrats to Freddy de Jesus who has joined the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy as a fulltime track and field coach. Freddy will work primarily with the throwers but will also help with the strength training and off-season work for all speed and power events. http://www.usmmasports.com/sports/mtrack/2011-12/releases/201109217re9ie

Congrats to Hopkinton quarterback Mike Decina as he recently set the Hopkinton High School single season passing record. Mike worked extremely hard this past off season at ABT. http://www.milforddailynews.com/sports/footballfever/x46231350/Hopkinton-48-Ashland-20-Decina-helps-Hillers-ring-Ashlands-clock

Good luck to Nick DiAntonio as he travels to Middletown, NY for the D2 vs NAIA Senior Bowl. Nicky D earned the honor of playing in this game by having a great Senior season for the Assumption Football team.

Congrats to ABT athlete Alee Leteria who recently signed her D2 letter of intent to play basketball at Stonehill College. http://www.hopnews.com/atrkinson_leteria_kargel_98.jpg

Congrats to ABT athlete Ryan Scheib who recently signed his D1 letter of intent to play lacrosse at Bryant. http://alumni.xbhs.com/s/141/xaverian.aspx?sid=141&gid=1&pgid=257&cid=4141&ecid=4141&crid=0&calpgid=61&calcid=3291

Adult clients and Athlete parents are welcome to attend. Sorry, but no kids and no exceptions. This is always a good time and rumor has it Matt will be performing his favorite tunes from “A Very Bieber Christmas”. That is sure to be a crowd favorite!

We are also placing a clothing order for new ABT gear. You can pick up your order form at ABT. The order forms are also available on the web site under FORMS. All orders must be received by December 5, no exceptions.

Don’t forget that we have ABT gift certificates available. Nothing says “Happy Holidays” quite like an ABT gift certificate. These are available for both adult and athlete packages.
