Labor Day Weekend Schedule

The Labor Day Weekend schedule will be as follows:

Friday Sept 3 will be a normal schedule

ABT will be closed Saturday Sept 4, Sunday Sept 5, and Monday Sept 6

Adult Schedule Update

The Adult Summer Schedule remains the same through August 31.

The Adult Fall Schedule begins September 1.

Athlete Schedule Update

The Athlete Summer Schedule has officially ended. There will be a one week Modified Athlete Schedule for this upcoming week of August 23.

The Fall Athlete Schedule will being the following week on August 30.

Outdoor Bootcamp Location Change

June 21st, 2010 by admin

Starting this Wendesday June 23, the 6am outdoor bootcamp will be held at Adam’s Field, located at the Holliston Middle School on Woodland Road. This is a permanent change.

Summer Shape Up Challenge

The summer shape up challenge begins Monday night with a 6:30 weigh in/measurements and info. The shape up challenge will run from June 21 – September 20. The flier will be posted on the website. Format:

- An informational meeting will run Monday night June 21st at 6:30

- Measurements, bodyfat and weight will be recorded as well as a few fitness tests (pushups, situps, 1 mile run/walk)

- Every Monday night at 8pm there will be a meeting, the topic will change everyweek

- You do not need to stay for the meeting but you must weigh in

- If you miss/blow off a weigh in- you must pay $10

- For every pound you gain you must pay $1

- Bodyfat and measurements will be taken once a month

- Prizes will be given to the top male and female winner

New Kickboxing Class

As we expand into our new space here at ABT we will be continuing Kickboxing classes through the summer with Lisa Krasnoff.

Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 a.m.

Cardio kickboxing is a great workout incorporating martial arts kicking, punching and abdominal strengthening routines that will surely get your heart pumping. This overall cardio conditioning workout is done without bags, or gloves. Using hand weights, bands, and on Thursdays the step box, it is a complete cardio/muscle conditioning class. This class currently is all woman, but is open to co-ed if requested. This class is interchangeable with bootcamp/spin class cards, or $12 a session

Adult Schedule

There have been some minor changes to our Adult Summer Schedule. It is now available on the website.

2 main things regarding the schedule:

- Monday June 21 the 600 am Bootcamp usually held at the high school will be at ABT at 530 am since school is still in session

- We have added a 7pm bootcamp on Monday nights

Summer Athlete Schedule and Registration

Our Athlete Spring Schedule officially ends this week and our Athlete Summer Schedule officially starts this upcoming Monday June 21.

Summer Scholarship Winners

A BIG Congratulations goes out to our two Summer Scholarship winners. We received some great applications, but these two really stood out.

The Middle School winner is Rebecca Allen.

The High School winner is Victoria Palmatier.

Once again, congrats to the both of them.

Liane wins National Championship

A big congrats goes out to ABT owner Liane Blyn. Liane competed this weekend in Cleveland at the USAPL Women’s Nationals. She took first place and won the National Championship.

Her lifts were: Squat 501 lbs, Bench Press 341 lbs, Deadlift 479 lbs. Her 341 Bench was an American Record.
